Homes Available for Veterans in Burlington – Cinnaminson – NJ – Habitat for Humanity
Homes designated for veterans are now available in Cinnaminson.
Habitat for Humanity is currently seeking veterans, active-duty, and reserve servicemen and women who are interested in becoming homebuyers through the Affordable Homeownership Program.
Applications are currently available for two, two-bedroom veteran-designated homes in Cinnaminson.
The two-story duplex, located on Inman Street, will be sold to hard working households composed of one to four family members through a 0%-interest mortgage determined by the income of the homebuyer(s).
Individuals and families eligible for the Veterans Build through the Affordable Homeownership Program must meet three criteria: housing need, ability to pay the mortgage, and a willingness to partner.
There are two ways to apply:
Attend an information session on either Saturday, Aug. 22 at 11 a.m. or Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 6 p.m. at the Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County Offices located at 530 Route 38 East, Maple Shade, NJ.
