My fellow Freeholder and Merchantville resident, Carmen Rodriguez, presented the Camden County Military Service Medal to veterans, and their surviving family members, during Merchantville’s 14th Annual Car and Bike Show on July 21. For the past 14 years Camden County has worked with the Borough of Merchantville to honor our veterans. This year we recognized seven recipients that served their country with grace and valor in a time of war.

“We salute our veterans and express our appreciation for the dedication they have shown in service to our country,” Rodriguez said. “We honored them and their selfless commitment to this nation. All of these individuals deserve our gratitude and debt for the sacrifices they have made on behalf of every American citizen.”
