Connection For Humanity is a grass root, non-profit multi-services resource center meeting the needs of people seeking help to improve their lives. By aggressively addressing the issues and situations of the hungry, low income families, the homeless, seniors, veterans, we promote education, self reliance, and proactive support. We act as a bridge connecting people to the help they need.
