Bob Evans
Bob Evans Restaurants are offering free select menu items to Veterans and Active Duty Military on Veterans Day, Friday Nov. 11, 2016.  In addition to the meal, Bob Evans will offer a 10% discount from November 12 – December 31 for both dine-in and carryout meals.

IHOP
On Veteran’s Day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., participating IHOP Restaurants around the nation will be honoring the brave men and women who have served, or are serving, in the United States Military by offering them free Red, White and Blue pancakes. Shoney’s says ‘Thank You’ to America’s heroes by offering a Shoney’s All-American Burger to all Veterans and Active Duty Military members on Veterans Day.

Spaghetti Warehouse Buy 1 Get 1 Free Meal
Receive a special “buy one entree, get one free” coupon offer and they are encouraging its guests to “invite a veteran to lunch or dinner.” Coupon can be redeemed from Friday, November 11 through Sunday, November 13. The coupon will be available on the Spaghetti Warehouse website on Nov. 4, and can be printed or presented by mobile phone.

Village Inn Free Breakfast
All who have served get a free breakfast on Veterans Day, available all day long. Choose between buttermilk pancakes, three slices of french toast or a Belgian waffle. Village Inn is also thanking veterans with a “Thank You for Your Service Card”, which is a 20% discount off the total bill for the next time they visit a Village Inn. This year, Veterans Day falls on Free Pie Wednesdays, so be sure to get a slice (with any purchase) between 10am and 10pm.

Wayback Burgers
All Wayback Burgers locations will offer active military personnel and veterans a free Wayback Classic Cheeseburger with the purchase of a side and drink. Additionally, Wayback Burgers locations on naval bases will be giving away free Crispy Chicken Sriracha Sandwiches to all active military personnel and veterans.

Veterans to receive free breakfast slider and small coffee or small soft drink on Veterans Day.

World of Beer
World of Beer invites all veterans and current servicemen to enjoy a free select draught beer by presenting a military ID, VA Card, or proof of service, where legal.

Tips Before Heading Out

• Review the official site information and rules before heading out.  Many websites are listing previous years promotions that are no longer valid.  We link to the official information.
• Be sure to bring proof of military service, uniform photo or be in uniform.  Proof of military service varies by company.  See the list of states now offering a Veterans designation on a driver’s license.
• Pay attention to the dates on the Veterans Day offer as some offers are for days to other than Veterans Day or extended over several days.
• Most of the restaurant free meals are for dine in only.
• Verify that you’re eligible for the offer.
• You should tip your server.  They’re working hard to serve you and depend on the income. We recommend tipping on the actual cost of the meal.
• Many of these promotions include small print that says participating locations only.  Unfortunately individual franchisees may choose not to participate.  Fortunately, some franchisee’s participate even if the corporate company does not.
• Call ahead if you’re unsure about anything.

Female military personnel and fiancees of military personnel can receive a free wedding gown on Friday, November 11, 2016, from 11am-5pm, on a first-come, first-served basis. Brides must present proof of service or their fiance’s service, including ID or discharge papers.

Shammy Shine Car Wash -Multiple locations in Eastern PA
Free car wash for Veterans and Service members between 8am and 5pm on Veterans Day Friday 2016.

Sesame Place Veterans Discount – Langhorne, PA
Veterans, Retired Military, and Active Duty Military get 50% off tickets. This offer cannot be purchased at front gate, but is available for purchase online. Active Duty military members who already used their free admission for the year can also get 50% off tickets.
