3rd Annual Veteran PTSD/Suicide Awareness Walk
A Family friendly 2 mile walk along Merchantville’s bike/walking path to bring awareness to the 22 Veterans we are losing on a daily basis to PTSD related suicide. Our walk will begin behind Eclipse Brewery located at Gilmore and Park Ave in Merchantville. The event is free with no registration required however we are seeking donations for Americas Vetdogs who train and place service dogs with disabled Veterans at no charge to the Veteran. To donate find our page at http://idon.at/vpvcxex no donation is to big or small with 100% going to help our Veterans.The event is sponsored by F.W. Grigg American Legion Post #68 Merchantville, N.J.
Several organizations will be on hand to distribute information on treatment and outreach for PTSD and Suicide prevention.
