Sponsored by Firefighters Law Enforcement Brotherhood MC. The ride starts at the Middlesex County Fire Academy, 1001 Fire Academy Drive in Sayreville. Registration is from 9:00 am to 10:45 am. The motorcycles go out at 11:00 am. The 40 mile escorted ride will go through central New Jersey and ends in Sayreville with food, vendors, trophies, and music. All proceeds will be donated, in honor of Jimmy Moran, to local charities. The rain date for the ride is May 19th. For more information call (908) 930-5965, or go to http://www.fflebhmc.com . Jimmy (James) Moran was an avid motorcycle rider. He passed on December 12th, 2005 after a long battle against lung cancer that metastasized through out his body. He worked as a driver for Waste Management and Julian’s Towing. He also served his South Amboy community for 19 years as a former chief driver of the Mechanicsville Hose Company. Upon his death, he left his amazing wife, Laura, who is a member and two beautiful children, son, James Jr. and daughter, Jamie. He was an amazing father, husband, son, brother, fireman and friend. Most importantly, he was and will always be an amazing inspiration to us all.
