Join American Legion Aux Unit 68 to remember those who lost their lives on 9/11/2001 and dedicate 2 benches in their memory. The benches are being purchased with a grant the Unit recieved from the American Legion Auxiliary “September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance Project Grants”. The addition of the benches are a first of numerous enhancments to WWII Memorial area of Wellwood Park in prepartaion for the Centennial of the founding of the Legion. Meet on September 9th at 9am at Wellwood Park Gazebo
