The Battleship New Jersey will host a presentation on the new book, “America Invaded,” with co-author Christopher Kelly in the Officers’ Wardroom from 10am to 2pm on Sunday, Sept. 3. The event, which will include a presentation on the book, sales of the book and book signing by Mr. Kelly, can be experience for free with the purchase of a Fire Power or Turret II tour.
Mr. Kelly, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the former chairman of Chyron Corporation, has had a lifelong passion for military history. He is co-author of “America Invaded” and “Italy Invades,” and the editor of “An Adventure in 1914,” a memoir of his great-grandfather’s time in Europe at the state of World War I.
