Historic St. Joseph’s Church in South Camden, New Jersey invites scouts and scout leaders to an afternoon of service for our armed forces personnel
1:00 PM Join us for a free lunch
Enter a raffle to win an official Air Force teddy bear or the book
“Don’t Forget, God Bless our Troops” (proceeds support the
Stand Down aid to homeless and at risk veterans)
2:00 PM Prepare care packages for troops deploying overseas
3:00 PM Tour the historic church and see the collection saints’ relics
4:00 PM Attend our annual Armed Forces Mass* and flag blessing **
* To have an active service person remembered at this Mass, please send the name and branch of service to stjhistory@yahoo.com
** You are invited to bring a folded memorial flag of a deceased service member to be blessed
