This event is sponsored by the National Conference of Law Enforcement Emerald Societies (NCLEES). Assembly will be at New Jersey Ave and F Street NW (near Union Station) in Washington DC at 5:00 p.m.; the march will step off at 6:00 p.m. and proceed to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, where the memorial service will be held.
