Benefit for Billy – SN William Stratton III joined the Navy in May 2013 and is stationed in San Diego, CA at Camp Pendleton. On Sept 13, 2014, Billy was in a tragic motorcycle accidetn in which he received serious head trauma. Being from Phila, the Navy was kind enough to send his mother (Carole Stratton – Phila Police Officer) and his sister to be there with him. Billy has a long road ahead of him. Help us help his mother to be able to be with her son during this time.
