A dedicated 26 year member of the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office, Sergeant Paul Owens was critically injured in an elevator accident at the CJC while on duty August 4th, 2016. Any donation at the door of FOP Lodge #5 will be greatly appreciated to help his wife (Heather James Owens) and children during this difficult time. Come out for an evening with friends of music, food, drinks, baskets and 50/50. Please share on your Timelines!
