Philadelphia Police Department P/O Charles “Chuck” Cassidy candlelight vigil on 11/1/16 at 7:00pm at 6620 N Broad Street. Officer Cassidy was shot and killed on 11/1/07, Join Warriors Watch and friends to stand a flag line during this vigil.
