Join the DCVMA on 9/12 as we honor the memory and service of two World War ll Veterans: PFC Robert Brumbaugh, who was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Purple Heart, and Ensign John Martin Howard, who performed mine clearance in the Navy. The Ceremony begins at 5 pm and is open to the public.
