NJ 10/27 Flag Line Cpl. Steven R. Koch  – flag line in his honor to commemorate the fifth anniversary of his passing.  Cpl. Koch was KIA while serving in the U.S Army in Afghanistan.  Corporal Koch enlisted in the U.S. Army in March of 2006 and was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division. RALLY:  12:15
