We have been ask by the parents of Lcpl Frank to stand a flag line for the dedication ceremony of a street naming for Lcpl Phillip Frank KIA in 2004, and that is what we will do

LCpl Phillip E Frank, who was KIA in Iraq in 2004. Although the Franks now live here in IL, they are originally from New Jersey and that is where Phil grew up. They could see the twin towers from their backyard, and as they watched them fall that horrible day in September 2001, it was then Phil decided to join the Marine Corps. You can find out more about the Foundation and about Phil at http://www.heartofamarine.org On October 20, the Township of Aberdeen will hold a dedication ceremony unveiling the street sign: LCPL PHILLIP E FRANK WAY. We would very much like to include both Warriors’ Watch Riders and PGR in a flag line for the ceremony. The dedication ceremony will take place at: 10:00am-11:00a The Bluffs at Aberdeen 379 Country Road Aberdeen, NJ 07735 A reception will be held following the ceremony at: Addison Park 150 Route 35 Aberdeen, NJ 07735 Roy and Georgette have requested only the flag line,
