The family of Philadelphia Police Officer Gary Harkins is requesting a flag line at his viewing. Gary was an active Police Officer who found out he was sick just a few months ago but was determined to continue working, he is a 22 year veteran of the force and was the 3rd District Community Relations Officer in South Philly. Gary was the person officers and the community went to when they wanted things handled properly. Gary has received numerous commendations and was very well liked by Civic & Clergy groups who he worked closely with, Gary’s phone was always on and it will be impossible to fill his shoes.
