USMC Cpl Nicholas S.Ott,  (Born 3/3/1988 –  KIA 8/10/2011)

On August 10, 2011, almost two years ago, we tragically lost an accomplished young hero during a mission in Afghanistan. Nick went out of his way to be his best right up to the end.  He was the recipient of many awards at Manchester High.  In his senior year he served as Captain of Football, Wrestling and Track teams. He went on to become a Team Leader in FAST Company after enlisting in the United States Marine Corp in 9/2007.  Nick was attributed with heroically saving the lives of his men.

He is sadly missed by all those who loved him particularly his parents, Steve and Debbie Ott, as well as his sister Julia.

Please join us in commemorating the life of this 23 year old man who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, At Sunset Beach, Cape May, NJ on August 1, 2013.  His flag will be raised at 0830 and lowered at sunset.
