If you are a Veteran in the Delaware Valley, please join us for forest bathing:
Sunday August 29th at 10am
Curtis Arboretum 1250 Church Road,
Wyncote, PA 19095.
We will meet at the WWII Veterans Memorial.
What is forest bathing?
It’s the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. And by doing so, you are taking the time to quiet your mind and energize your body.
Essentially, working with nature to heal yourself.
Now seems like a perfect time to bathe in the beauty of nature and let it embrace our souls.
Join fellow Veterans and the volunteers of Heroic Gardens as we spend an hour healing in nature.

A short instruction will be provided by Peg Schofield, Registered Horticultural Therapist.
Remember, we will meet at the World War II Memorial located inside the Park.
