Once again we have been invited by FOX 29 to be a part of their annual FOX 29 Salute the Military event. The event is held in Philadelphia on Market Street, in front of the FOX 29 studio.The event kicks off at 0700, we need to be set up and in place no later than 0630. We will rally outside near the river and ride in together – KSU at 0545.Bikes will be lined up inside the event area, we will set up a table and gazeebo along with A Hero’s Welcome, the AWWC, and Big Brothers In Arms.This event goes until 10, I believe – it is aired during the FOX29 morning show.This is the FIFTH year we’v’e done this, and if you have never been there I can tell you it’s a blast. Tons of very interesting military stuff to see and do – displays, demonstrations, food, radio remote broadcasts from XTU and others, and the chance to hobnob with military men and women from all service branches.Most of all, the chance to spread the word about the WWR, AWWC, AHW and BBIA, and honor our troops while doing it.RALLY POINT AT 0500 where the ship Moshulo and the Spirit of Philadelphia are., 401 S.
