Our journey begins at the Gettysburg Museum and Visitor’s Center where we’ll see the film “A New
Birth of Freedom,” an overview of the Battle of Gettysburg. Next we’ll experience the incredible Cyclorama Painting in-the-round, depicting the charge of the Confederate infantry. Later we’ll tour Gettysburg National Military Park and learn about the fighting that swept across the fields in 1863.

Dinner tonight is at the Fairfield Inn. This 1757 former mansion house is one of America’s oldest, continuously operated inns. Then, we’ll spend the night at a comfortable Gettysburg hotel.
