On Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 11:00am, James J. Binns will dedicate a Hero Cop Plaque in memory of Philadelphia Police Officer Hugh F. McCann who was killed in the line-of-duty on June 13, 1941. The dedication will take place at Roosevelt Blvd. and Rising Sun Ave. This will be the 260th Hero Plaque Dedication by Mr. Binns.
