Holiday Party for the G Co. 328th National Guard Unit

A Hero’s Welcome was called upon to help put together a holiday party for a newly formed National Guard Unit in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The unit is so new, they don’t have a family readiness group or Officer to plan their party.
Veterans know the importanance of these get togethers, to keep up the Soldiers’ morale and to unify the family members, to create a bond that… at some point… may need to be leaned upon.
Members and friends of AHW stepped up to assist this first Christmas / Holiday party by donating the food for the party. Two of our members, Peppermint Patti and her boyfriend, Tom will be Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Please join us and help prepare or serve at the party.. or bring an appetizer? soda? juice? …. we’d love to see you.
