Sgt. Major Robert Beaumont Reese, 84 of Sewell, formerly of Spring Hill, FL, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014. Born in Philadelphia he resided in Pennsauken before retiring to Florida and recently moving to Sewell. He had a twenty three year career in the US Army spending 19 of the 23 years stationed in Germany. After his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling back to Germany. During his time in Florida he was very active in the American Legion Post 186. He was a loving husband, father and grand-dad and will be missed by all.

He was predeceased by a sister Betty Jane Murphy.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Ruth Reese, his five children, Dierdre Kieft, Jo Ellen Greenberg and Harry, Robert B. Reese and Kim, Steven Reese and Teresa, William Reese and Margaret, 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9 from 11-12:30 PM, with the funeral service beginning at 12:30 PM at the Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home, 2426 Cove Road, Pennsauken. Interment will be private at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery
