Course 1: Green Salad with assorted dressings
Course 2: Tortellini Soup
Course 3: Selection of Entrees: Lasagna/Baked Ziti; Pasta Alfredo;
Eggplant Parm; Pasta with Homemade Marinana Sauce;
Meatballs, Sausage; Pasta Aioli, Diabetic Pasta and Sauce
Course 4: Assorted homemade desserts and diabetic desserts!
