Please join us on Sunday, August 2nd for our annual Knights in the Woods motorcycle ride and picnic. We’ve really changed things up this year and we hope that you’ll come out and enjoy what we have to offer! First and foremost, this year’s ride starts and ends at the Deutscher Club of Clark, 787 Featherbed Lane in Clark. Anyone who is familiar with the Deutscher Club will tell you that it is an absolutely awesome venue. It offers plenty of paved parking as well as ample shade and cover from the elements. The weather has not been kind to us in the recent past which is why we not only changed location, but the date as well. We’re hoping that August will be dryer than September. We’d also like to let people know that you don’t need to ride in order to enjoy our picnic. Although we’re offering riders a 50-mile fully escorted motorcycle ride, our picnic is open to the entire public; rider and non-rider alike.
For riders and passengers our day starts with registration at 9:00 am. At 10:45 am there will be a rider briefing and the bikes will depart the Deutscher Club at 11:00 am. We expect the riders to begin returning at 12:30 pm. For our non-riding patrons our picnic is from noon until 5:00 pm. However, non-riders are more than welcome to come earlier in order to look at all of the motorcycles.
The cost of our event is as follows; $25 per person & Children under 10 are FREE. The cost includes all food and beverages; some beverages will require ID. Live music will be supplied by Ruff Edges!
