In observance of Memorial Day, members of the community and local veterans groups will hold ceremonies this month to remember and honor those men and women who lost their lives in service of their country in the Armed Forces. Rain or Shine

Monday, May 28th – 9:30am – American Legion Post 372, 1532 Martin Ave., Cherry Hill, NJ (behind Cherry Hill West High School)
Monday, May 28th – 10am -Services at Locustwood Cemetery, Rt 70, Cherry Hill
Monday, May 28th – 10:45am – Services at Cherry Hill Township Municipal Bldg, Mercer St, Cherry Hill, NJ. Veterans and active-duty military personnel will be honored by Mayor Chuck Cahn, Township Council and local elected officials at this annual Memorial Day ceremony. The Ceremony, co-hosted by American Legion Cherry Hill NJ Post 372 and Jewish War Veterans Cherry Hill NJ Post 126, begins with a special fly over from the Air National Guard 177th Fighter Wing at 11 a.m. and includes a musical tribute to our Armed Forces by the Cherry Hill Pine Barons Chorus. This year’s keynote speaker will be Colonel Lucretia McClenney.

Everyone is invited to stay for lunch after the Ceremony, provided by Wegmans.
