We’re hosting a Beef and Beer Fundraiser for the Michael Strange Foundation, proceeds benefit our Memorial Day Weekend Retreat for Gold Star Families.
The event will take place at St. Dominics Marian Hall on April 11th, 2015 from 8pm to 12pm. Tickets will be $30 per person and includes beer, soda, buffet, DJ M&M, and a special performance from Comedian Joe Conklin. Set ups will be included–BYOB.
There will be a Chinese Auction, 50/50, T-shirts and hoodies for sale and a Special Auction of a signed Flyers Jersey.
Please come out and help our foundation so we can continue to help those families who have lost a loved one in war. Nationwide 7400 troops have been KIA in the Iraq & Afghanistan wars–Pennsylvania lost 289 soldiers. There are many families who are struggling with terrible grief. Our retreat weekends bring people together to share their pain and also to celebrate the lives of their loved ones. Friendships are forged and families learn that they are not alone.
