MILITARY APPRECIATION “SEATS FOR SOLDIERS” – November 16, 2013 Time TBA – Beaver Stadium, State College, PA  – Service members (Active/Reserve)/Wounded Warriors, their Direct Dependent (i.e. ID Card Holder), and the Gold Star Families residing in Pennsylvania are invited to a Penn State University versus Purdue Football Game on November 16th, 2013.  There will be a tailgate event prior to the scheduled game.  More details will be emailed to confirmed registered attendees 30 days prior to the event.

TICKET REQUEST FOR ELIGIBILITY: 

Current Service Members (Active/Reserve may request their game ticket and up to 3 additional tickets for their direct dependents (4 total tickets per Family) by completing the registration form located at the link below.

Single Service Members (Active/Reserve) have an option to purchase 1 additional ticket for their guest at a reduced cost.  Single Service Members must register to request their tickets in JSS and identify their request to purchase additional ticket for their guest separately.  The information to purchase your guests tickets will be given to the Service Member once requested ticket has been confirmed.  Any questions feel free to contact the State Family Program Office 717-861-2650 or the POC listed below.

Wounded warriors with specific physical accommodation requests:  ticket registration can be handled by PA National Guard Family Assistant Center Specialist (FACS) throughout the state.  If you have any questions contact Paula LaFlame, FACS-FTIG 717-861-6299 or paula.r.laflame.ctr@mail.mil.

Gold Star Family (Fallen Service members) members your request for ticket registration is being handled by your Survivor Outreach Specialist.  If you have any questions contact Martin Rafalko, SOS Central PA, 717-224-5073 or martin.t.rafalko.ctr@mail.mil.
