Sgt. Cecil Barnes Jr. was in the Army MP Corp for 7 1/2 years. He has spent time in South America and got out in 1991 after his return from Desert Storm. He is the past commander of the Freehold NJ, VFW. He is currently a member of the John Billington VFW. Cecil will be presented with a memorial tribute lawn sign built by Bucks County Technical School/Weld Shop. Please come out to show Sgt.
