15th Police District and 8th Police District, Philadelphia. Parade, Crime Fair & Vendor Event. August 4th. Parade kick off at 7pm Natioinal Night Out is a nationwide annual event designed to raise crime prevention awareness, strenghtn neighborhood spirit and unity, and foster community police partnerships. Location; Parade starts at Welsh and Frankford Ave, ends at Lincoln High School. Crime Fair and Vendor event is located at the high school following parade. MOTORCYCLE RIDERS interested in participating in the Parade should rally with the Warriors Watch and friends at 6:00 pm at 8100 Frankford Avenue, Phila., Pa.Fallen Officer Robert Wilson’s son will be Grand Marshall for parade
