Philadelphia “Living Flame” Memorial at Noon at Franklin Square – Philadelphia. The  Living Flame Memorial for Philadelphia’s fallen police officers and fire fighters was is located at Philadelphia’s Franklin Square Park at North Sixth and Race Streets, it is the only combined memorial dedicated to both Police and Fire Fighters in a major U.S. city.
