PVVM Celebrates 30th Year with POW/MIA Ceremony
The PVVM Fund is holding a ceremony on Friday, Sept. 15, at 6 p.m. at the Memorial to observe POW/MIA Day. Ralph Galati, former USAF POW in Vietnam, will deliver brief remarks and the Memorial Society will be holding a POW ceremony. The PVVM is celebrating its 30th year anniversary and this is one of the activities to mark the observance. The ceremony also highlights the fact that the Fund has launched a campaign to raise $85,000 to build a POW/MIA Monument to all those from Vietnam. Donations are being accepted through a Go Fund Me campaign at https://www.gofundme.com/powmiamonument or online at https://www.pvvm.org.
