Washington, Washington DC

Rolling Thunder runs have been rumbling across America since 1987, riding in from all corners of the nation and meeting in Washington DC to demonstrate for American POWs and MIAs. Tens of thousands of our troops going back to WWI remain unaccounted for, including many still thought to be alive. Some 900,000 motorcyclists, veterans and non-vets alike, are expected to converge at the North Pentagon parking lot at 8 a.m. May 28 for the official Ride for Freedom. The 30th Anniversary single-day ride will attract an estimated 900,000 motorcyclists, who will motor through DC to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, paying respect to fallen heroes and protesting for veteran rights and greater efforts to account for POWs and MIAs.
