The full-honors funeral for slain Jersey City Patrolman Melvin Santiago will be conducted this Friday, July 18th. In conjunction with the remembrance, we have established this lights-on event to honor the sacrifice of this officer. Please turn on your porch lamp on this Friday evening to participate.
