The South Jersey Regional Veterans Resource & Opportunity Fair will be held at the Naval Air Station-Wildwood Aviation Museum at the Cape May Airport in Rio Grande, Cape May County, on May 13th. 9am to 2pm. The event is sponsored by the American Legion, the State Parole Board, the Dept of Labor and Workforce Development, CVAC (Citizens Veterans Advisory Committee of Cape May County), and the American Red Cross.
Registration is requested, however, veterans and spouses may walk in to this event.
The event will feature the second preliminary contest for Mr & Ms NJ Veteran 2014. The contest consists of an interview with a panel of judges, looking for veterans who have overcome obstacles in their return home from military service. Awards and prizes are available for the top three male and female contestant winners.
