Please join Heroic Gardens and Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties this Veterans Day as we work to help restore structures and outside spaces for 3 Veterans that live in Pottstown, PA.

The address is where the team will gather for assignments on this block. We need help with shed demo, planting, mulching.
