American Legion Post 170 in Rochelle Park, N.J., will host a local stand down for homeless and at-risk veterans from noon to 3 p.m. Jan. 23. Attendees will receive help with VA benefits and claims, housing, and other services. Lunch will be provided and donated clothing will be available for those in need.
