Date: Sunday January 25, 2015
Time: 4:00 pm
Start Location: South Broad Street at Oregon Avenue, Philadelphia Pa 19148, at the SEPTA Broad Street Line Oregon Avenue Subway Station
End Location: City Hall
Show your support for the men and women of the Philadelphia Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police, SEPTA Police, and all Police Officers around the world.

Starting at 4pm we will gather on the northeast corner of S Broad Street at Oregon Avenue next to the Broad Street Subway station. South Philadelphia’s own singer and songwriter Denine Latanzo will open the event by singing the National Anthem. We will then walk to City Hall on the east side of Broad Street. We ask that everyone walking with us remain on the sidewalk and cross streets when legally permitted. Our goal is to show support for law enforcement and not to impede law abiding citizens as they travel along Broad Street. As we walk along Broad Street, anyone that wishes to join us along the route is more than welcomed to do so. Those that do not wish to or can not walk with us are encouraged to set up small rally points on the sidewalk along the walking route.

We are expecting to arrive at City Hall at approximately 5:30pm. While at City Hall we will be holding a brief memorial ceremony for the 49 Philadelphia Police Officers which have died in the line of duty since 1980. We have been granted permission to use the City Hall apron for this event.

After the rally at City Hall we will be taking the Broad Street Subway back to Oregon Avenue, and showing our support for SEPTA Police If you joined us along the route we encourage you take the subway back to a station close to your starting point. Please purchase your SEPTA tokens or TransPasses prior to the event.

T-shirts will be available for $15 and all proceeds will be donated to the Philadelphia Police Survivors Fund.
