OPEN BAR COCKTAIL HOUR – SUCCULENT DINNER

SILENT AUCTION – every attendee is asked to bring a military related item to be used at the silent auction.  All donations are considered as unrestricted support to benefit the American Legion’s projects which support veterans.  Post #405 is classified by the IRS as 501(c)(19) charitable organization and donors will be provided with applicable IRS receipts.

Event begins at 6:00PM in Lincoln Hall of The Union League of Philadelphia Open Bar and Robust Silent Auction:

Something for everyone. The Benjamin Franklin post proudly announces our guest of honor and recipient of the: Benjamin Franklin Medal for Service – Colonel (Ret) Jack Tomarchio

In 2005, Colonel (Ret) Tomarchio, a Persian Gulf War Veteran, was appointed by President George W. Bush to be the first Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Intelligence and Analysis. In 2007 he was elevated to Principal Deputy Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Operations
