Dave, a veteran of the US Army and the NJ Army National Guard, is seeking some help. He has an 18 yr old son, Joshua, who has a rare neurological complication called Joubert Syndrome. This is in addition to other medical complications. Joshua must be transported by a special conversion van. He has outgrown the one they have had for the last 14 years, and it is in bad shape.
