Veterans, we invite you and your families to drop in to learn about VA health care benefits and services that you may be eligible for. This is a great opportunity to get the information you are looking for, to ask questions, take a tour of our new facility, meet our clinic staff and leadership team and enroll for VA health care benefits.
Veterans will have the ability to enroll for VA health care benefits on site. For enrollment, please bring a copy of your DD214, your 2018 income totals and out-of-pocket medical expenses. We may still be able to verify your eligibility even if you do not have a DD214. For questions regarding eligibility and enrollment, please call 610-383-0265/0266.
If there is inclement weather, the event will be postponed to Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 2-4:00 p.m.
