· Josh is returning from a 9 month deployment in Afghanistan.
· Josh is with The USMC.
· He is 20 years old
· Lance Corporal Goulart is a firefighter with The Westville Fire Department.
· He grew up in Westville and is a graduate of Gateway High School.
· Friends, Family and those that serve locally with him in the Westville Fire Department wish to give Josh a welcome home greeting he will never forget!
