U.S. Army Specialist Ryan M. Veitenheimer is an Infantryman with Company Battalion Infantry Regiment (The Polar Bears) at Fort Drum N.Y. Our Hero enlisted in the Army in April 2009 and was deployed to Iraq from November 2009-July 2010. Spc. Veitenheimer was awarded 2 Army Achievement Medals, Meritorious Unit
Commendation, National Defense Service Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with 1 Star, Army Service Ribbon, Combat Infantryman Badge.A native of Palmyra, Ryan attended the Palmyra School System and graduated from Burlington Institute of Technology in 2008.The WWR will roll up to an Eatery where Our Hero and his family will be having their 1st meal together after his arrival in NJ just a few short hours earlier.
