The Wilmington VA Medical Center’s Mobile Outreach Clinic will be available on the Richard Stockton College Campus on a monthly basis. The mobile unit will be parked on Parking Lot 5 by the side of the Sports Center – which is a large blue building.
The VA Medical Clinic will be available on the Stockton campus every third Tuesday of the month on the dates of February 18, March 18 and April 15.
The mobile units will offer the following services to veterans:
· Primary care services including history and physicals, management of acute and chronic illnesses, women’s health, and patient education
· Ancillary services: Immunizations (including flu and pneumonia vaccines), lab services (including blood draws, urine specimens, etc.)
· Social Worker available for assistance with eligibility/enrollment, mental health referrals, and identification of resources available to Veterans.
