The Battleship New Jersey is the most decorated battleship in US Naval history. The kids will learn the roles the battleship played in World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Persian Gulf War. WOW!!!! She’s nearly three football fields long and this Iowa-class battleship was meant to “keep floating and keep fighting.” The scouts will spend an overnight in the ship, enjoy dinner and breakfast at the chowline, take a guided tour of the Battleship, and sleep in bunks that the crew of the USS New Jersey once did! Please join us for an amazing event. Bring your check to the December Pack meeting.
Cost is $70 per person – we get dinner, snack and breakfast plus we sleep on the boat and get a tour of the ship
