Wreaths across America at noon at Finns Point Cemetary (behind Fort Mott) will be followed again by:
Soldiers Christmas
Take a lantern tour through history, seeing and hearing how soldiers, Sailors and Civilians celebrated, endured and lived during the holidays throughout history.
Each year participants get to see how different eras lived during this time, and we always have something new for you! Start at the museum with a walk through history and a warm beverage – then follow your tour guide as you step back through time and meet characters from all eras. From Civil war POW exchanges to Allies on their last furlough before heading back to the front, from the foriegn soldiers fighting for the crown against General Washington to the Allies pushing back against the German attacks….you will definitely learn something new from our participants!
