Please come out to welcome home Ensign Rachel Manning from her recent deployment supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.

Ensign Rachel Manning is with the US Navy and is 23 years old
She served on the U.S.S. Vicksburg which is a guided missile cruiser
During the 8 month deployment, they conducted Maritime Security Operations, Theatre Security Cooperation efforts and Support Missions for Operation Enduring Freedom.
The Vicksburg accompanied the U.S.S. Enterprise
She is a graduate of Haddon Township High School.
She is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy
She has earned her Surface Warfare Officer Pin
She is an Electrical Officer and a Public Affairs Officer on the Vicksburg
She has a younger sister, Caitlyn who is 20 and is away at college.
She loves to read and cannot wait to come home and have a Panzarotti
